Wind Tunnel Type Radiator Performance Test Bench
This test system mainly simulates the thermal management systems of internal combustion engine and new energy vehicles, conducts matching research on thermal balance operation performance, and carries out comparative analysis of flow field optimization. It provides a practical basis for improving the efficiency of vehicle cooling systems and optimizing the design of systems or components.
Pressure Cycling Test Bench
By setting different pulse pressures, medium temperatures, test cycles and pulse waveforms, the PC-based system performs data acquisition, process control and data processing to fully meet customers’ product design requirements.
Metallographic Sample Preparation & Testing System
Through processes such as cutting and sampling, sample mounting, mechanical sample preparation and sample inspection, the true microstructure of the specimen is revealed.
Cleanliness & Conductivity Workstation
It adopts a high-flow variable-frequency flushing pump for liquid supply, pumping circulating purified water into the workpiece cavity. Through the three modes of pulsing, reversing and vibrating, the continuous high-flow clean water removes impurities and foreign particles inside the workpiece. The cleanliness class at the workpiece outlet meets ISO 14/11 (NAS Class 6), and the conductivity is ≤ 5 μS/cm.
Burst Test Bench
Pressure is continuously applied to the inner surface of the product via liquid or air to test the maximum pressure at which the sample ruptures suddenly, thereby determining the material strength for product design and material selection.
Pressure Pulse Test Bench
It can simulate the actual service environment of the product. By setting parameters including pressure, temperature, humidity, flow rate and corrosion conditions, the system tests the performance data of the product under various operating conditions and evaluates its adaptability in different working scenarios.
Thermal Cycling Test Chamber
It simulates various temperature operating conditions, tests the performance data of the product’s adaptability, and verifies its adaptability.
Internal Corrosion Test Bench
Corrosive solution is prepared in accordance with the neutral salt spray conditions in ASTM G85 and with ethylene glycol as specified in the test setup. By setting the parameters of time, flow rate and temperature environment, a corrosion endurance test is conducted on the internal water tank of the thermal management system. This determines the product’s corrosion-resistant service life cycle and provides a guarantee for the reliability of product design.
